Narrow bench press grip, stop at the 90 coming down, and don't lock out at the top it spreads ac joint. Definitely no dips.   I have researched this for years.I had a resection on my left two years ago, it worked great.   But my right is acting up.   Even with modified lifting i think you must back off on heavy weights unfortunately.  Military press , i have absolutely no pain doing,my best lift.  Pretty much, if it hurts it is doing more damage.
